¿Cómo escribir el email?

Al dar un mensaje, siempre es buena idea introducir tus intenciones antes. Cosa de no ser percibido como indiferente o incluso grosero. Por ejemplo.

“Hey, how are the kids? Everything’s fine? …”

“I’ve been thinking about you these days and…”

Mensaje

Los correos electrónicos no suelen ser realmente largos. Sin embargo, esto ya depende de ti y del propósito de tu mail. En cualquier caso, intenta no repetir cosas y ser redundante. Tu amigo te lo agradecerá.

También puedes aprovechar la confianza en algunos casos para no ser tan serio. Hacer una que otra broma o hablar de algún tema trivial. Disfruta la conversación.

Despedida

Una vez digas lo que tienes que decir no hay porque extenderse mucho. Un pequeño adiós o incluso alguna forma de despedida que usen en común será más que suficiente.

Guía de como rellenar el correo electrónico

Si deseas usar una de nuestras plantillas de correo electrónico en inglés. Tu tarea se vuelve bastante más sencilla. En los ejemplos, hay distintas partes resaltadas en azul y con corchetes. En las cuales se coloca información personal variada.

Esos espacios, los debes editar. Reemplazándolos por tu información personal o datos sobre tu caso específico.

Más allá de eso no hay mucho más que hacer. Es recomendable que revises los ejemplos que usas. Asegurándote de que tengan sentido con lo que intentas transmitir. De todas formas, siempre puedes editar el resto del texto de la forma que lo necesites.

La idea es que te apoyes en ellos como una pequeña instrucción de lo que tienes que hacer. Cosa de que al final, la tarea no sea tan complicada ni tediosa.

Principales plataformas de correo electrónico

Si ya sabes cómo escribir tu mail en inglés. Pero no sabes que plataforma usar. Debes estar sumamente abrumado. Y es que, hoy en día, existen cientos de miles de plataformas de correo electrónico a tu disposición. Sin embargo, la mayoría no son del todo recomendables.
